SELF DEFENSE SEMINAR
There will be a self defense seminar offered for persons 16 years of age
and up, on May 11 at 5:30PM in Apple Rehab in Ellwood City. This
seminar will be free of charge , if anyone would like to attend please

Congratulations goes to those who tested this past Saturday in Erie with Sensei Maeshima. You all did a great job as was evident by the abundance of new colors in the dojo today. Keep training and remember it doesn't get easier, and more will be expected of you!
