SELF DEFENSE SEMINAR
On
Tuesday April 3rd at 7PM there will be a self-defense seminar being
held at the North Sewickley Fire Hall, about 1 mile past Shakespears
Restaurant. This seminar is a partnership between the Shotokan Karate
of Ellwood and the North Sewickley Neighborhood Watch. All are welcome
to attend and the seminar is free of charge. Please contact me with
